Returns and exchanges are available upon approval within 14 days of the product delivery. To inquire about a potential return or exchange, please email us at info@masemarket.com. Upon doing so, our team will swiftly respond with either the approval or denial of the requested inquiry.

 

Please be aware that not all items are available for return or exchange. Listed below, you can find those un-exchangeable and un-returnable goods. Any items received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery to qualify for a return or exchange. Also, be aware, if approved for a return or exchange, you are required to pay for all shipping fees associated with the returned or exchanged merchandise. Lastly, if approved for a return, we DO NOT offer refunds; you will only be awarded store credit.
